RNB-101/CK2
Checkpoint transmitter carried by the worker: works with the checkpoint buttons in the zones and sends a presence confirmation by radio to the receiver at the supervision point.
Quantity: 1 per person on shift
A solution for sites where one person works at night: periodic confirmation of presence at the workstation, information at the supervision point, and a response according to the site’s own procedure.

01 / Investment context
At filling stations, loading centres and transit warehouses the night work is done by one person. They are alone on the site, and their work covers several zones. If they collapse or have an accident, nobody nearby will notice, and they may not be able to call for help themselves.
The site operator needs technical confirmation that the worker is at their post, and the ability to respond in line with the agreed procedure. Supervision by phone calls burdens both sides and leaves no record, and silence at night does not in itself mean that all is well.
The investor’s goal: One-person night staffing without giving up supervision: the worker confirms presence at intervals, and a missing confirmation triggers a response according to procedure.
In the installation the worker confirms presence at the workstation at intervals, and the information reaches the supervision point. The system can be adapted to the number of supervised zones, the work schedule and the response procedure in force at the site.
For a similar site GORKE today selects button-type checkpoints (SPR-PKP1), one in each zone, and a checkpoint transmitter (RNB-101/CK2) that the worker carries. Following the schedule, the worker checks in with it at the checkpoint, and the confirmation travels by radio to an identification receiver (IDO-1000) at the supervision point. Tablica Synoptyczna (SPA-1000/T) logs every confirmation with its time, so it is clear whether the next one arrived on time.
When nobody but the worker is on site at night, an SMS module (GSU-SP1000/L) sends the confirmations from Tablica Synoptyczna to the supervisor’s phone — no further message within the set time is the signal to respond. A pendant transmitter (SPR-P41) additionally lets the worker call for help with one press.
02 / Operating principle
The night-shift worker confirms presence at intervals, and the supervision point sees whether the confirmations arrive on time.
01 / Signal source
Checkpoint In every supervised zoneFollowing the schedule, the worker checks in at it with the transmitter.
02 / Reception
Receiver At the supervision pointIdentifies the transmitter, and Tablica Synoptyczna logs the time of the confirmation.
03 / Notification
Supervision Latest confirmations Supervision point + PhoneWhen the supervision point is unmanned, the confirmations go to a phone by text.
Help does not depend on the worker making a call. A confirmation missing within the set time is the supervisors’ signal to respond according to the site’s procedure.

03 / Installation components
The description of the installation names no models — this is GORKE’s choice for a similar site.
Checkpoint transmitter carried by the worker: works with the checkpoint buttons in the zones and sends a presence confirmation by radio to the receiver at the supervision point.
Quantity: 1 per person on shift
Button-type checkpoint fitted in each supervised zone: at the workstation, in the yard, in the warehouse.
Quantity: 1 per zone
Identification receiver at the supervision point: identifies the transmitter and passes every confirmation to Tablica Synoptyczna. H2 module, memory for 1000 transmitters.
Quantity: 1
Tablica Synoptyczna with a touch-screen computer at the supervision point: shows the latest confirmations and keeps an archive with the time of each one.
Quantity: 1
SMS module for Tablica Synoptyczna, LTE: sends the confirmations to the supervisor’s phone when nobody is at the supervision point; up to 10 numbers.
Quantity: 1
Powers the receiver and the SMS module; the battery keeps them running during a mains failure. The computer running Tablica Synoptyczna then needs its own backup power.
Quantity: 1
Pendant transmitter: the worker calls for help with one press, also between confirmations. Up to 800 m with an H2-module receiver.
Quantity: optional
Catalogue figures describe a device under stated conditions, usually in open terrain, and are not a guaranteed range in every installation. Device quantities in the examples are indicative.
04 / Value for the investor
A confirmation missing within the set time is the signal to respond, so help does not depend on whether the worker manages to phone.
The site can run at night with one person, and the operator has a technical record of the presence confirmations from the whole shift.
The number of zones, the confirmation schedule and the response are set for each site — one way at a filling station, another at a transit warehouse.
05 / Before installation
Before devices are chosen, what matters is the site’s conditions and how the system ties into the final installation.

Logistics and transport
A logistics company: the driver signals with a remote control, head office receives a text and opens the warehouse gate by phone — and arrival times stay in the messages.
Logistics and transport
A shipowner: a person at the ship’s entrance presses a button, the call runs by cable through the metal hull to every level, and from there by radio to the duty officers’ pagers.
Logistics and transport
A distribution centre with 24 loading docks: a button at the dock calls a forklift operator, and the dispatch office and pagers show the dock number — no two-way radio, no follow-up questions.
