How we process your personal data.

1. Data controller

2. Purposes and legal bases of processing

   We process personal data for the following purposes:

   • answering your enquiry, selecting devices and preparing a quotation — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
   • concluding and performing a contract of sale or supply (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
   • issuing and keeping accounting records, including invoices carrying a VAT identification number — a legal obligation of the controller (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR);
   • day-to-day contact, handling correspondence and establishing, pursuing or defending claims — the legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Scope of the data and whether providing it is voluntary

   Through the forms on this site we collect your name, e-mail address and telephone number and, if you provide them, your company name, VAT identification number, project name, the content of your enquiry and any attached files. Providing data is voluntary, but the name, e-mail address and telephone number are needed to answer an enquiry. You give a VAT identification number only if you want the quotation and the invoice issued to a company.

4. Recipients of the data

   Data may be entrusted to the parties that support us in running the business: hosting and e-mail providers, our accountancy office, software suppliers, courier companies and legal advisers. Each of them processes the data solely on our documented instructions. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.

5. Retention period

   We keep enquiry data for as long as handling it requires, and then for the limitation period of any claims arising from a resulting contract. Accounting records are kept for 5 years counted from the end of the calendar year in which the tax became payable. Data processed on the basis of a legitimate interest is kept until an effective objection is raised.

6. Your rights

   In connection with the processing of your data you have:

   • the right of access to your data and to receive a copy of it;
   • the right to have inaccurate data rectified and incomplete data completed;
   • the right to erasure;
   • the right to restriction of processing;
   • the right to port your data to another controller;
   • the right to object to processing based on a legitimate interest;
   • the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

7. Complaint to the supervisory authority

   If you consider that we process your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

8. Automated decisions and profiling

   We do not take decisions about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling. The forms on this site build no customer profile — they reach the office mailbox and are read by a person.
