GDPR information notice

The controller of your data is GORKE ELECTRONIC sp. z o.o., based in Pszczyna, Poland. We process the data given when opening an account to run the account and fulfil orders (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to issue invoices (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) and, if you consent, to send you commercial information (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Account data is kept until the account is deleted, and orders and invoices for 5 years from the end of the year in which the tax became payable. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. You withdraw consents and delete the account in the customer panel.
